 As the face of Cleanit Center, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and selling our comprehensive suite of hygiene services to a diverse target market, including homeowners, office managers, property managers, landlords, and institutions; this is a strictly commission-based role where your earnings are directly tied to your sales success through uncapped commissions, rewarding proactive fieldwork in Nairobi and high performance with no base salary retainer and no limit on your earning potential.

Must Have

  • Aggressive Prospecting: Identifying and securing new clients for cleaning, laundry and pest control services through cold calling, door-to-door visits, and networking.
  • Consultative Selling: Assessing client hygiene needs and recommending the right mix of services, from pest control, home and office cleaning to specialized post-construction care.
  • Accurate Quoting: Taking measurements and evaluating site conditions to provide reasonable and realistic quotes on the spot.
  • Client Retention: Acting as the primary point of contact to ensure continuous customer satisfaction referrals.
  • Previous Commission Experience: A history of succeeding in "pay-for-performance" environments (e.g., insurance, real estate, or high-end retail).
